Blogging is hard.

Okay, the literal act of writing on a blog isn’t hard — but if you’re trying to build a successful blog with a wide readership that brings in money — it’s hard ASF.

Which is why I pretty much just up and vanished from my blog awhile ago.

It was hard.

Okay, before you call me a huge quitter — there were a few concrete reasons that caused me to stop blogging (in addition to it simply being hard)…

Reason #1…My blog became more a source of stress than enjoyment.

When I started to realize that my blog was stressing me out more than anything else, I thought…well, this kind of defeats the purpose of blogging, right?

I mean, one of the main reasons that I started blogging was to have an outlet for expressing myself outside of my day-job writing, to help others and connect with new people, to explore a creative hobby, and…to have FUN!

Okay, let’s just be real honest, AND to possibly try and make some extra income.
