If someone asked me if I am stressed in general, I’d say no way! But reading this, I realize that I yell when I can’t find my keys, or spill coffee on myself, or experience any number of other minor life inconveniences that do not deserve yelling and anger…which leaves me wondering if I’m stressed without realizing it?! 🤷🏻‍♀️ Either way, I always appreciate writing + articles that inspire me to examine myself and my life, so, thank you!! 👏🏼
